So I feel like I'm being screwed again I was made 100% P and T backdated to the day I was granted IU but no mention about IU in my PT rating. 3 months later went to another C&P for my TBI and PTSD where they increased my rating in my IU to 100% scheduler but said it wasn't P and T anymore with a future exam in 2020. Am I correct in thinking I'm getting the raw end of a crappy deal my family had benefits when P and T? What happens now they want me to return my ID cards family loses ChampVA I'm seriously SOL?
